What does "Ship Smart, Pay Less" mean?
It means the more you add to your cart, the less you pay to ship. We use a tiered system: orders up to $25 ship for $20, $25–$50 for $15, $50–$100 for $10, $100–$150 for just $5, and anything above $150 ships completely free. Instead of hiding shipping costs inside our product prices, we keep things transparent and reward you for buying more.
Why is international shipping from Egypt so expensive?
Sending packages from Egypt to the US or Europe is genuinely costly — intercontinental routes via carriers like DHL carry a significant premium that we have no control over. Rather than quietly inflate our product prices to absorb it, we chose to be honest: show you the real cost, and actively reduce it as your order grows. We think that's fairer.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes between 14 days and 3 weeks from the date your order is dispatched. This window accounts for DHL transit time, Egyptian customs clearance on the outbound side, and import processing at the destination country. In many cases orders arrive faster, but we always communicate the honest range.
Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift message option?
We do not currently offer formal gift wrapping, but if you are sending a purchase as a gift and would like us to include a handwritten note or omit the price from the packaging, simply leave a note at checkout and we will take care of it. Many of our pieces make exceptional gifts precisely because they feel so different from anything you can find locally.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
